The student must pay a booking deposit fee of AU$ 490 in order to confirm their attendance on the course. The booking deposit fee is non-refundable. This agreement is conditional on the payment of the non-refundable booking deposit by the student and the agreement is deemed to have come into effect upon the receipt of the booking deposit.

An invoice for the balance of the payment will be issued by NIE Careers and emailed to all the email addresses provided in the student enrollment form within 72 hours of receiving an enrollment application and the deposit payment. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have received this email and to check their spam or junk email folders. If the client has not received their balance invoice within 72 hours of submitting their enrollment application, they must lodge an inquiry with NIE Careers.

  • The standard due date term for NIE Careers invoices is 30 days after the end of the month. The exact date will be specified in the email containing your invoice. For all enrollment applications received within 30 days of the program's start date, full payment must be made immediately.
  • In cases where the enrollment application is for a course with a start date beyond six months away, an extended payment period can be negotiated with NIE Careers. Requests for the extension must be emailed to NIE Careers at no later than 14 days before the original invoice due date.
  • If NIE Careers does not receive full payment of the course fees by the due date, the student will no longer be entitled to the reserved course. In this case, NIE Careers reserves the right to make the program available to other interested parties.
  • In the event of non-attendance at the booked course, delayed start, early finish, withdrawal from a course or pre-arranged lesson, or any other absences (e.g., due to illness), there is no claim to reimbursement of the course fees.
